Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Verdictums ('we', 'us') collects, uses, and protects information in connection with verdictums.com (the 'Site') and the Verdictums evidence-processing engine (the 'Service'). We build technology whose whole purpose is defensibility and auditability, and we try to apply the same discipline to your data.

01Information we collect

Site inquiries: when you contact us, we receive whatever you choose to share, typically your name, company, work email, and the contents of your message. The contact form on this Site opens a message in your own email client; we do not store form submissions on our servers.

Service data: evidence files submitted by licensed platform partners are processed solely on the partner's behalf under a data processing agreement. We do not use partner evidence to train models, and we do not access it except as needed to operate the Service or as instructed by the partner.

Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the Site running. We also use a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics service that records aggregate page views and does not identify individual visitors.

02How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, operate and secure the Site and Service, fulfill contractual obligations to platform partners, comply with legal obligations, and improve the reliability of the engine. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use evidence data for advertising or model training.

03Chain of custody and audit logs

The Service keeps hash-chained, append-only audit logs of processing events. These logs record file hashes, timestamps, model versions, and the operations performed. They do not contain the content of the evidence itself. Their purpose is to give partners provenance they can rely on in court.

04Data retention

Evidence files are kept only for the period set out in the applicable partner agreement, after which they are deleted. Audit log entries may be kept longer to preserve chain-of-custody integrity. Email inquiries are kept for as long as we need them to handle the inquiry and for reasonable record-keeping.

05Data security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, model version pinning, and hash verification across the processing pipeline. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but the Service is designed so that any alteration of evidence or logs can be detected.

06International transfers

Verdictums is headquartered in Singapore. Where data is transferred across borders, we implement safeguards consistent with applicable data protection law, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where applicable, contractual protections for partners subject to other regimes.

07Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Requests can be sent to contact@verdictums.com. For evidence data processed on behalf of a platform partner, requests should be directed to that partner as the data controller.

08Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time, and the date above shows the latest revision. If you have questions about it, write to contact@verdictums.com or to Verdictums, Singapore.
